Purpose and Definitions
1.1 This policy establishes the rules and conditions regarding the treatment of confidential information within the coworking office Xponential Transilvania.
1.2 Confidential Information: Any information or data related to the activities, clients, partners, projects, or any other aspect related to the business conducted within the coworking office.
Responsibilities
2.1 Each member of the coworking office is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information they have access to during the use of the space.
2.2 Members will take measures to prevent unauthorized access to confidential information and will immediately inform the office administration in case of any security breaches.
Access and Distribution
3.1 Access to confidential information is only permitted for authorized members who have signed a confidentiality agreement.
3.2 Confidential information will not be distributed to third parties without the written consent of the affected party.
Information Security
4.1 Members of the coworking office are required to keep confidential information secure, including the use of passwords, restricted access, and other security mechanisms.
4.2 Technological equipment used within the coworking office must be secured and updated to prevent risks of unauthorized access.
Retention and Destruction of Information
5.1 Confidential information will be retained only as long as necessary and will be securely destroyed when no longer needed.
5.2 Members are responsible for properly deleting or destroying documents and data containing confidential information.
Consequences of Violating the Regulation
6.1 Violating this regulation may lead to sanctions, including the termination of the coworking space lease agreement and/or legal actions.
6.2 Parties affected by a breach of confidentiality have the right to seek compensation for the damages suffered.
General Provisions
7.1 This regulation may be periodically updated, and all members will be notified of the changes made.
7.2 Neither party shall be deemed responsible for confidentiality breaches caused by force majeure.
7.3 Any modification to this regulation shall be valid only if it is in writing and signed by both parties.
